This notice explains how Perkomo handles personal information when you visit this website or contact us. The loyalty card app has its own privacy notice, which you'll see when you join a shop's card.

Who we are

What we collect

• If you use our contact form: it opens your own email app with your message ready to send. The form doesn't send or store anything itself; we only receive what you choose to email.
• If you email, call or WhatsApp us: your name, contact details and what you tell us, so we can reply and, if you run a shop, discuss the pilot.
• When you browse: our hosting provider processes your IP address and basic browser details to deliver the pages and protect the site from attacks. We don't switch on visitor logs, and we don't keep a record of who visits.

Cookies and tracking

This website doesn't use advertising or analytics cookies, and doesn't track you across other sites. Our interactive pages run entirely in your browser and don't send what you type to us.

Why we use it (lawful basis)

• Replying to your enquiry and discussing a pilot: our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us, or taking steps at your request before entering a contract.
• Delivering the website and keeping it secure: our legitimate interest in running a safe, working website.

Who we share it with

Only service providers who help us run the business, such as our website host Amazon Web Services (AWS), in London and email provider GoDaddy. We don't sell personal information or share it for marketing.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that don't lead to working together are deleted within 12 months.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or object to how we use it. Email us and we'll respond within one month. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
